To maintain the hotel’s reputation and guest experience for all, Wroxall Abbey Hotel has implemented a number of policies

Dogs are welcome. Don’t worry about finding a dog sitter and bring them along! We
are happy to welcome well behaved dogs at Wroxall Abbey Hotel and have dog
friendly rooms across all our room types. Simply select the dogs option when
booking. There is an additional £20 per dog per stay surcharge. Unfortunately we do
not allow dogs into the dining area. Please note a clean-up fee will be applicable for
any mess or damage caused by any dogs.

Outside Food
Please note that any takeaways or outside is strictly forbidden for consumption within
the hotel. This includes within hotel bedrooms and public areas.

This is to maintain health and safety as well as to maintain the reputation of the
hotel. Any guests found to be consuming outside food, will be charged with a clean-
up fee.

Please note that all events over 10 people will require a non-refundable deposit at
the time of booking. For events over 75 people, a further refundable security deposit
will be required with the final balance. For more information, please contact our

Smoking Policy
Wroxall Abbey has a strict no-smoking policy throughout the premises. Please ask a
member of the team for our dedicated smoking area.

Anti-Abuse Policy
Wroxall Abbey Hotel maintains a zero-tolerance policy against any harassment,
shouting, verbal or physical abuse and threatening behaviour towards any of our
staff members.

If any guests are found to be abusing our staff, they will be immediately asked to
leave the hotel with no refund given for any accommodation or dining. In addition,
the relevant authorities will also be notified.

Our staff work extremely hard and will not be made to feel uncomfortable during their
working hours.
